My favorite team I follow in Europe is Newcastle United. I do watch some La Liga from Spain and Bundesliga from Germany. I use to be an original supporter of Houston Dynamo when they won championships at Robertson Stadium. Then I left Houston and returned home to help my parents out. There are a couple of local teams down here that I follow, RGV Red Crowns, BTXSC and FC Brownsville. There was a team that I was super happy about that made it to the USL, RGV Toros from Edinburg, Texas. They've gone out of business... That's about it.
